2. Business sustainability
We enable rural communities to focus on the 5Js - Jan, Jal, Jameen, Jungle, Janwar
We create rural community ownership through coaching the community to use business practices such as Quality Circles to foster community ownership of problems and their resolution. We are a data driven organisation and use Salesforce to capture more than 200+data points in each village and each household.
"Even with a 15 year background in the NGO space, KGVK has been a revelation. It is truly a non-profit social enterprise with sound business practices. My leadership challenges are made easier by regular access to the management and the board of KGVK. I am empowered to act."
— Dr Arvind Sahay Lead Change Maker - Secretary
"As a Chartered Accountant with Big 4 experience; I have been given the freedom to start-up the Impact Measurement Function to measure our interventions in non-financial and financial outcomes. In the process implemented new technologies - first ever implementation of Salesforce in an NGO in India."
